Our FREE emotional wellbeing programme for children

Introduction to the programme

Young people today face a whole range of challenges as they navigate the complexities of the modern world. Whether it’s the pressure of exams, the constant presence of social media, or personal issues like exploring their sexuality, it can all become overwhelming. Some young people may also be dealing with difficulties at home or in their friendship groups.

Our programme, developed by highly skilled therapists, features a series of videos and resources designed specifically for students in late primary to early secondary school. Our goal is to enhance emotional resilience among young people, increase their awareness of emotional wellbeing, and equip them with practical skills and support strategies to manage their feelings across various situations.
