About
Angela MarstonĀ has been working at the Priory for five years, providing group and one-to-one therapy for people experiencing acute to moderate mental health difficulties.
Currently Angela runs groups for patients with severe mental health problems and issues. In addition to this she has run teaching groups in the community for people with addictions, and has also run a local therapy support and focus group for other professionals.
Training
Angela is an Accredited Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and is bound by their professional code of ethics. She is also a member of The British Association for the Person-Centred Approach (BAPCA), ran the local group for other professionals and is a member of EMDR UK and Ireland professional governing body.
Angela has worked in local GP surgeries and the General Hospital providing support and individual therapy for patients with depression, anxiety and bereavement, etc.
