About

I aim to bring a calming and friendly space, ensuring that trust can be built to explore a person's needs and provide support on how to make lifestyle changes to aid their mental health.

I work with adults (aged 16+) who have a range of concerns in regards to their mental health. These concerns may include depression, anxiety, social anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), panic attacks and obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD). We would spend time exploring your beliefs, along with where your beliefs may have come from, exploring what is maintaining the way you’re feeling and tailoring interventions to suit your needs.
