Christina Labrum

Online CBT Therapist

About

I have over 11 years’ experience working as a therapist and a mental health nurse. I have therefore had the privilege of working alongside lots of clients presenting with various challenges. These include depression and anxiety disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), health anxiety and social anxiety, perinatal mental health, body dysmorphic disorder (BDD) and specific phobias.

My aim is to help clients achieve their chosen goals, which includes working towards healing and recovery. I feel it is paramount that clients feels at ease and understood by their therapist.

I am a fully accredited cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) therapist by the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP). I am also fully accredited by the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) as a qualified nurse.
