About
I specialise in psychodynamic psychotherapy, a collaborative approach that goes beyond simply managing symptoms. It's a journey of self-discovery, helping you understand the deeper reasons behind your struggles and develop healthier coping mechanisms. By exploring past experiences and unconscious patterns, psychodynamic therapy can not only improve your mental wellbeing but also lead to healthier and more fulfilling relationships.
