About
Mr Murududdi has always been fascinated by human biology and brain development. His passion led him to pursue an MSc in Biomedical Science, where he delved deep into the complexities of the human body and mind. However, it was his personal experience with mental health challenges that truly defined his career path.
After facing his own mental health struggles, Mr Murududdi realised the profound impact that psychological wellbeing has on overall health. This realisation inspired him to further his education in this field, leading him to earn a Postgraduate Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapy.
Combining his scientific background with a deep empathy for those facing mental health issues, Mr Murududdi is dedicated to helping others on their journeys to mental wellness. As a cognitive behavioural psychotherapist, he provides a compassionate and evidence-based approach to therapy, empowering his clients to achieve their fullest potential and lead fulfilling lives.

Research interests
Mr Murududdi's research interests lie at the intersection of virtual reality (VR) technology and compassion focused therapy (CFT). He is particularly intrigued by the potential of VR to enhance therapeutic interventions, such as creating immersive environments that facilitate the development of compassion and empathy. David aims to explore how VR can be integrated into CFT practices to improve therapeutic outcomes, enhance emotional regulation skills, and foster compassionate self and other relationships.
