About
Di Hu is a qualified cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) therapist with a solid foundation in psychology and extensive training in traditional CBT techniques. In addition to traditional CBT, she specialises in third-wave CBT approaches, including acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and functional analysis psychotherapy. Specifically, she works with clients with a range of issues, including depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, phobias, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), and psychosis.
Having worked in diverse cultural contexts internationally, she brings a nuanced understanding of individual differences and the impact of different environments on mental health.
