Diane has been working in the field of addiction for 10 years and has been working at Priory Hospital Hayes Grove since January 2022.
Prior to her employment here at Hayes Grove, Diane worked for over nine years with the community Drug and Alcohol Recovery Team based in Surrey, in partnership with the NHS.
Although Diane specialises in alcohol addiction and recovery, she has extensive experience working in all areas of substance misuse, including cocaine, cannabis, opiate and non-opiate substances. Diane supports clients on their recovery journey from the first point of contact at the assessment stage, when clients are still very much drinking or using substances, through to and during their detox stage. Her work here includes the delivery of psychotherapeutic group sessions which support clients to develop their awareness around their alcohol/substance misuse issues, and introducing new coping tools that will help clients to maintain a full and strong recovery going forward. Diane also offers one-to-one key work and counselling sessions.
