Emma has been working in mental health services for the past 10 years and qualified as a cognitive behavioural therapist in 2017. Emma has spent most of her career working in the National Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT) programme, supporting adults with depression and anxiety disorders.
As an accredited member of the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapists (BABCP), Emma is passionate and committed to providing evidence-based psychological interventions to people struggling with their mental health and in supporting them to reach their goals. Emma strongly believes in empowering the individual to become their own therapist and learn the skills to manage their mental health effectively, in order to lead a fulfilling life.
