About
As an integrative therapist, I am flexible within my therapeutic approach, and I work one-to-one with people in a way that suits them. Throughout my career I have worked with a wide range of issues and dealt with people struggling with substance misuse and alcohol dependency. I have worked with mental health and psychological issues both within the NHS and the private and voluntary sectors for the last nine years, working across multidisciplinary teams and cultivating good working relationships.
I also work remotely for the NHS and have a private practice, seeing individuals and couples.

- Studied at Inter-Psyche, Dartford and gained a postgraduate diploma in integrative counselling and psychotherapy in 2013
