As an integrative counsellor and coach, I aim to tailor my practice to suit each client’s individual needs, drawing upon a range of evidence-based approaches and strategies. Some of these are more directive and dynamic than others, but all are delivered with empathy and compassion as well as, if needed, a healthy dose of gentle challenge.
Whether a client is seeking support for long-standing issues, wishing to tackle current challenges and recent stresses, or is concerned with future-based anxieties, my intention is always to quickly establish a sense of trust and collaboration between us so that, together, we can find ways to bring about change.
