Grace is a fully qualified integrative counsellor, with over 10 years experience of working with issues around depression, anxiety, anger, isolation, self-esteem issues, trauma, loss, bereavement and relationship issues.
Her orientation is person-centred therapy (PCT) with additional training in integrative counselling. In her practice, she provides a non-judgemental, safe space where clients feel free to explore and express themselves. At the heart of her practice is a strong belief that a therapeutic relationship is a unique collaborative connection that plays a crucial role in helping the client to heal and reach their full potential. She varies her approach to clients’ individual needs.
