About

Hanna is a child and adolescent mental health services (CAMHS) therapist with a keen interest in providing high quality therapeutic support to her patients. She helps young patients with a range of difficulties, including anxiety and social anxiety, depression, various degrees of trauma, low self-esteem, school-related stress and many more. She uses a range of approaches to ensure the best possible result for her young clients, including integrative talking therapies as well as elements of play therapy and art.

Hanna has a particular interest in working with patients diagnosed with emotionally unstable personality disorder (EUPD). She also has extensive experience with foreign language speakers, both with and without using interpreters.

Position at Priory

Hanna is a sessional therapist for the CAMHS outpatient service. She is an Accredited Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

Training

Hanna comes from Wroclaw, in the South West of Poland, where she spent her childhood and later studied Musicology at university. She came to the UK in 2005, where she discovered her true passion for psychological therapies.

Qualifications

Hanna’s core training is in integrative counselling, which includes person-centred and psychodynamic approaches. Since obtaining her qualifications in 2014, she has attended numerous additional trainings and secured qualifications in trauma-focused cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT).
