About
Hannah is an integrative psychotherapist with an MSc in Addiction Psychology and Counselling, a Diploma in Sex and Love Attachment-Based Therapy and a Master Diploma in Understanding and Treating Eating Disorders.
Hannah works holistically, with a warm and compassionate approach, to support people to abstain from drugs or alcohol and other addictive behaviours. Hannah also works to support family members or partners who are struggling with addiction.
Hannah also specialises in developmental trauma and overcoming relationship problems, including anxious and avoidant attachments, love addiction, difficulties expressing wants and needs, self-esteem issues and communicating boundaries. She supports clients to look at how the past, including childhood experiences, can result in feelings of abandonment or shame, which we carry in to our adult lives and current relationships. She supports clients using a varied and person-centred approach to move into the ‘here and now’.
