About
As an integrative therapist, I draw on a range of therapeutic modalities, including person-centred therapy and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), to inform my practice. I place particular emphasis on evidence-based approaches, valuing both the therapeutic relationship I establish with clients and the feedback I receive throughout our work together.
With over a decade of experience in mental health, I have developed a broad understanding of diverse client needs. I am passionate about my work and committed to ongoing professional development, continuously refining my skills to better support those I work with.
Position at Priory
I joined Priory in 2021 and currently work remotely with outpatients. Alongside this role, I also work within the NHS and run a private practice based in Surrey.
