Janice Shilling is a British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP) accredited cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) psychotherapist, specialising in eating disorders. She also treats clients with various mental health disorders and difficulties such as obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), generalised anxiety disorder (GAD), social anxiety, health anxiety, low self-esteem and depression.
