About

Claire primarily works with people with anxiety disorders and depression. She uses cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) to help patients look at how their problem evolved, to understand what maintains the problem and how to change how they feel, think and behave.

Position at Priory

Claire Gask has been a CBT therapist at Priory for many years and the clinical lead for the site for 2 years. She is accredited with the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP). She is currently finishing her eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing (EMDR) basic training in parts 1, 2 and 3.
