About
I hold a BSc in Neuropsychology, as well as a PGDip in Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapy. I am also accredited with British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP). I have worked in mental health for 7 years, starting out as a teaching assistant and support worker before becoming a therapist. I worked for various mental health charities where I ran some of the support groups, as well as offered one-to-one cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) for people with a variety of conditions, ranging from depression and anxiety to addiction and eating disorders. Through a collaborative and structured approach, I truly believe that anyone can be helped towards their goals through the use of therapy. I offer a friendly and supportive space that will allow us to explore any issues that may come to mind.
