As a cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) therapist, with a compassionate and evidence-based approach, Maryam is dedicated to guiding you through your journey to mental wellness. She believes in creating a safe, non-judgemental space where thoughts and emotions can be explored. Collaboratively, challenges will be navigated and mindset and unhelpful patterns in thoughts and behaviours will be explored and unravelled. Maryam will equip you with practical tools to create change. This will aim to enhance self-awareness, foster resilience and lead to a more fulfilling life.

- Working on Rex Robotics rehabilitation trial for patients with multiple sclerosis (MS), looking after the psychosocial impact of assistive devices, by way of quantitative measures and qualitative semi-structured interviews
