Michelle is an accredited psychodynamic psychotherapist and supervisor with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
She has worked in organisations and the private sector. Her experience involves both long-term and short-term therapy to treat mental health issues, such as personal disorders, relationship issues, work-life imbalance, and other psychological issues. She describes her experience as feeling humbled by the enormous amount of knowledge she has gained from treating a wide range of mental health conditions.
Training
She trained at the Manor House Centre for Psychotherapy and Counselling (MHCPC), North West London. After 4 years of training, she received her Postgraduate Diploma in Psychodynamic Counselling in the Community.
She completed Integrative Supervision training at the Minister Centre, North West London.
