About
Suffering with any mental health difficulties can be a debilitating and soul shattering experience, leaving you feeling overwhelmed, scared, guilty and ashamed. Most people do the very best they can with what they have available to them but sometimes life presents situations that take everything you have just to get through them.
Michelle Pragnell has been a Therapist for fifteen years working in a variety of organisations during that time such as Southampton Rape Crisis, Mind and Secondary Schools.
Michelle is an integrative therapist holding the values of the person centred approach at her core but contains her work within Clarkson’s relationship model.
Michelle divides her working time between the Priory and the University of Winchester where she offers therapy to students and staff as well as counselling supervision.
Training
Michelle works with a variety of approaches depending on the needs of the people she works with and has undertaken training in CBT and Solution Focused Therapy.
