I have been qualified to work in mental wellbeing for over 23 years. I take a holistic perspective to person centred care based on evidence, best practice and research. I have provided psychotherapy to children, adolescence, adults and older persons. I have a speciality around trauma and attachment, but have other areas of interests including but not limited to impact of family separation, sexual, physical, emotional, and financial abuse, anxiety, depression and relationship difficulties. I believe that the person is a partner in treatment, and am interested in seeking feedback that supports enhancement of my practice.
