About
I am a dedicated and compassionate therapist, committed to supporting individuals through their emotional and psychological challenges. As an accredited member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS), I bring reliability, conscientiousness, and strong self-motivation to my practice, underpinned by over 300 hours of supervised counselling experience.
My practice is grounded in creating a safe, empathetic, and non-judgemental space where clients can explore their emotions and challenges. By integrating various therapeutic modalities, I ensure that each client receives personalised care, whether they are dealing with bereavement, anxiety, depression or attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). I am dedicated to supporting my clients through their journeys towards healing and personal growth.
