I facilitate personal growth and independence in a wide spectrum of situations, and I offer empathy, congruence and unconditional positive regard. I’m enthusiastic and believe that a good sense of humour and the ability to laugh when it’s appropriate is very important. I believe in allowing myself to be real and genuine with my clients. I have a genuine passion and willingness to help people move forward by working together through their difficulties, providing the therapeutic tools to change their life scripts.

I have worked for Priory for 2 and half years.
I am a member of the following professional bodies:
- British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
- British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP).
- National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS).
Research interests
I wrote a book on marriage, divorce, faith and consequence, focusing on cultural pressures, boundaries and four life domains.

Currently in the process of writing two books entitled: 'It's OK to be brave.'
- Book 1 - all forms of abuse. Surviving all forms of early childhood, historic trauma, and the impact on self-esteem, self-worth, lack of confidence, and social, emotional and mental isolation.
- Book 2 – it’s OK to be brave. Survivors of all forms of abuse, masking and avoidance.
