About
Ralph Lifschitz is a psychotherapist and began his career in 2010. He completed his certificate in counselling skills and diploma in cognitive behavioural therapy, and since then has used his skills as a psychotherapist.
He started as a volunteer for the NHS, in a GP surgery, after which received a Master’s in counselling in 2013.
Since then, he has been accredited by the BACP in 2016 and adheres to the BACP ethical framework. His specialty is anxiety and depression and stress related disorders, in addition to many other areas of psychological health. His work has been within adult mental care, and he has experience working with multi-ethnic and cultural clientele. In 2023 he became an EMDR therapist.
As a Psychotherapist/counsellor he has only one objective, and that is to facilitate a warm and empathetic space where you can share your present and innermost difficulties in a relationship that is bound by the ethical framework of the BACP. A vacuum where you can explore your thoughts, beliefs and emotions, with the unique opportunity to learn skills that will help you overcome the obstacles that you face.
