About
I am a child and adolescent mental health services (CAMHS) and adult psychotherapist, working with children and young people, adults, couples and families to create change. I work with neurodiversity and neurodivergent children and adults – autistic people and people with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). My approach to therapy is integrative and I use a person-centred approach, including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), solution focused therapy (SFT), family systems therapy and relationship therapy.
