As a psychodynamic psychotherapist, one of her aims is to make unconscious processes become more consciously accessible to the client, so that there is a possibility of change in the internal world, in patterns of behavior, and in ways of relating to others. Her psychology degree enables Serena to understand people and use the knowledge gained in her every day role and using the skills she has learnt from clinical experience.
