I offer a confidential service where we will work together to explore your wellbeing in a non-judgemental manner. I have had experience working with young people within schools and colleges as well as adults in a clinical setting. I practice in an integrative way as I draw together different therapies at once. I believe there is no single approach that can help each person in all situations. One of the interventions I may draw upon is CBT which primarily focuses on the 'here and now' problems and our thoughts, behaviours and feelings surrounding them. Another is psychodynamic therapy which can help explore the past, deep-rooted feelings and memories that can affect our behaviour.
