About
Hi there, my name is Zoe,
I am incredibly passionate about self-exploration, allowing ourselves to feel our feelings (even the uncomfortable ones!) and developing a deeper self-awareness, to help us feel more connected to our most authentic self.
Life’s challenges can be overwhelming and in my role as a therapist, I ensure a safe, non-judgemental space for us to explore how things have been for you and consider how we can support you to move forward.
I am a fully qualified integrative therapist with over 6 years’ experience. I have recently qualified as a clinical supervisor and have a previous background working within community mental health services. I work with a wide range of presenting issues and I adapt an integrative approach, which enables us to explore and utilise the benefits of person-centred therapy (PCT), psychodynamic therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), solution focused brief therapy, and transactional analysis. I am a qualified critical incident debriefer and incorporate a trauma-informed approach within my therapeutic work.
