Middleton St George, close to Darlington, is a specialist inpatient service for adults with mental health needs, who present with complex needs and behaviours that challenge, in a safe and supportive environment. We provide high dependency rehabilitation units, specialist personality disorder rehabilitation with a dialectical behaviour therapy focus, and community focused rehabilitation care.

Priory Darlington Station Road is a residential service set within a three-storey Victorian town house, providing specialist support for people who are autistic or have a learning disability, who may have other associated mental health needs.

New Stead House is located in the town of Redcar, in Cleveland. Our home offers residential support for 17 autistic males and females.

Loughshore. located in Belfast, offers residential support for 16 people with learning disability diagnosis, people on the autism spectrum and behaviours that may challenge.

Shaftesbury Mews in Belfast, offers residential and nursing support to 18 people, who are on the autism spectrum, or have a learning disability. The home can also support those with physical health needs and a brain injury.

Apple Mews is located in the city of Armagh, in Northern Ireland. Our home offers residential and nursing support for 30 adults with a range of needs.

Ayr Clinic is a low secure hospital for males and females with mental illness and/or personality disorders, located in the coastal town of Ayr in West Central Scotland.

Newhouse, near Kilmarnock, Scotland, offers residential support for 22 adults with a primary learning disability diagnosis, who may also be on the autism spectrum.
