Priory Hospital Hemel Hempstead is a high dependency rehabilitation service, which provides a safe and supportive complex care facility, for male and female patients with enduring mental health problems. We also provide specialist Huntington's disease and dementia care for those living with these neurodegenerative conditions.

Yew Tree Lodge is a residential home in Reading, Berkshire. We offer 24-hour support and rehabilitation to 16 male and female adults, with severe and enduring mental health needs.

The Whitby Scheme is located across two sites in Whitby, North Yorkshire. Our service offers residential support for 35 individuals with a range of mental health needs.

Julian’s House is located in Stevenage Old Town, in Hertfordshire. It offers residential support for six males who are autistic.

Kneesworth House Hospital is a high dependency rehabilitation unit which provides a range of specialist recovery pathways, all at one site. Located in Hertfordshire, within a purpose-built facility and spacious grounds, the hospital also provides acute and psychiatric intensive care, medium and low secure services, and a community focused rehabilitation ward.

Cragston Court in Blakelaw, a suburb of Newcastle-upon-Tyne offers residential and nursing support to 20 males and females with mental health needs.
