Priory Darlington Station Road is a residential service set within a three-storey Victorian town house, providing specialist support for people who are autistic or have a learning disability, who may have other associated mental health needs.

Levitt Mill and Barn is located in Maltby, close to Rotherham. It offers residential and nursing support for 11 males and females, who have a learning disability and/or are autistic.

Middleton St George, close to Darlington, is a specialist inpatient service for adults with mental health needs, who present with complex needs and behaviours that challenge, in a safe and supportive environment. We provide high dependency rehabilitation units, specialist personality disorder rehabilitation with a dialectical behaviour therapy focus, and community focused rehabilitation care.

Oak Vale Gardens is located in Broadgreen, Liverpool. It offers specialist rehabilitation care home for 18 males and females with an acquired brain injury.

The Birches is located in Chesterfield in Derbyshire. The home provides residential support for seven males and females with mental health needs.

Woodthorpe Lodge, near Chesterfield, offers residential support for eight males and females. This includes support for autistic people, individuals with a learning disability, and mental health needs.

Market Weighton is a specialist learning disability service, supporting males with severe and enduring mental health conditions, learning disabilities, those who could be on the autistic spectrum and those who may have complex presentations with behaviours that challenge.

Westifeld View is a specialist learning disability service, supporting males with severe and enduring mental health conditions, learning disabilities, those who could be on the autistic spectrum and those who may have complex presentations with behaviours that challenge.

Hazelwood House is a low secure unit for males with a learning disability, including those with co-morbid personality disorders, mental illnesses and autistic spectrum disorders (ASDs).

The Gables is located in the Ashby area of Scunthorpe. It offers residential support for 12 males and females with complex mental health needs.

New Stead House is located in the town of Redcar, in Cleveland. Our home offers residential support for 17 autistic males and females.

Fern Lodge is located in Chester, Cheshire. Our home offers residential and nursing support for 17 males and females with mental health needs.
