Nelson House is a 30-bedded high dependency rehabilitation unit for males presenting with mental illnesses and complex needs, that are often accompanied by challenging behaviours. We also provide community focused rehabilitation services within the care pathway.

The Old Rectory is a residential service, located in Brede, East Sussex. We support 15 males and females who are autistic or have a learning disability.

Bishops Corner is a residential service near Hastings, East Sussex, which supports nine males and females with Prader-Willi syndrome (PWS).

The Lighthouse in Gloucestershire, is 5-bedded transitional recovery service for females over the age of 13, supporting people to engage with meaningful activity in the community.

Newcombe Lodge is a 7-bedded transitional recovery service for females aged between 13 and 18 years with complex mental health and risk taking behaviours.
