Hazelwood House is a low secure unit for males with a learning disability, including those with co-morbid personality disorders, mental illnesses and autistic spectrum disorders (ASDs).

Church Viewin Kimberworth, Rotherham offers residential support for 25 males and females with mental health needs, in a homely environment.

Woodthorpe Lodge, near Chesterfield, offers residential support for eight males and females. This includes support for autistic people, individuals with a learning disability, and mental health needs.

Wigginton Cottage is located in Tamworth, Staffordshire. Our service provides residential support for eight adults who have Prader-Willi syndrome (PWS).

The Old Vicarage, close to Dewsbury, offers residential support for seven adult males and females with a range of needs, inlcuding a learning disability, mental health needs, and people on the autism spectrum.

Priory Hospital Dewsbury is a high dependency rehabilitation service situated in a community location in West Yorkshire, for those with severe and enduring mental health needs. We also provide a specialist neurocognitive care service for males presenting with very agitated or aggressive behaviour, with a focus on Huntington's disease and dementia.

Alphonsus House in Oldbury offers residential and nursing support for 19 males and females with a learning disability or mental health needs.

Fitzwilliam Lodge is located in Rawmarsh, in Rotherham, and provides residential support for 16 males and females with mental health needs.

Westfield House is located in Rawmarsh, just outside of Rotherham. The service provides residential support for 22 males and females with mental health needs.

Priory Hospital East Midlands offers rehabilitation for females aged 18 years or older with a primary condition of mental illness and personality disorder.

Priory Beverley House is a 24-bedded high dependency rehabilitation unit for females with complex mental health needs, including schizophrenia and bipolar disorders. Some may have co-morbid conditions such as mild learning disabilities, alcohol and drug use and borderline personality disorder.
