At Priory Wellbeing Centre Oxford, our specialists deliver outpatient treatment that can fit around your schedule, with weekly hour-long appointments during the daytime or evening.

Outpatient programmes are a valuable option if you don’t require more intensive treatment, but would benefit from ongoing support. It can also help you to maintain your focus on your recovery journey as a step-down option, if you’ve already been through inpatient care.

You’ll receive support from the most appropriate specialist for your unique needs. They will be highly-qualified to provide you with therapeutic treatment from a range of approaches, including:

  • Dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT)
  • Mindfulness
  • Eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing (EMDR)
