Our approach to support
The property, which forms part of the North Yorkshire local authority area and is managed by Inclusion housing provider. We work with our residents to ensure they receive the right support to help them achieve their goals and reach their full potential.
Our main goal at Darlington Station Road is to allow residents to live as independently as possible, but provide 24-hour support for when assistance is needed. Our residents stay with us on a long-term basis.
Pathways
We are a community rehabilitation service for individuals who have been in hospital and require support to transition from hospital to the community.
Through our network of healthcare, residential and supported living facilities, we provide unique care pathways which enable the people we support to progress towards greater independence. Every individual we support is provided with a bespoke pathway plan, tailored according to their individual needs. We aim to ensure that each person is supported to live a fulfilling and active life in the community.
Our team
Our highly experienced team consists of:
- 3 lead healthcare assistants (LHCAs) available 24 hours
- 2 healthcare assistants (HCAs) available 9am to 5pm
All staff are fully trained within Priory and receive the specialist training required to fulfil our goal.
