About our service
Our approach to support
The property forms part of the East Yorkshire local authority area and is managed by Priory. We work with our residents to ensure they receive the right support to help them achieve their goals and reach their full potential.
Our main goal at Westfield View is to allow residents to live as independently as possible, but provide 24-hour support for when assistance is needed. Our residents stay with us on a long-term basis.
Pathways
We are a community rehabilitation service for individuals who have been in hospital and require support to transition from hospital to the community.
Through our network of healthcare, residential and supported living facilities, we provide unique care pathways which enable the people we support to progress towards greater independence. Every individual we support is provided with a bespoke pathway plan, tailored according to their individual needs.
