Acorn House is a supported living service, offering support for four adults, including those who are autistic, have a learning disability or mental health needs. We are located in Northolt, in Ealing, West London.
Our home forms part of Priory Supported Living London & Home Counties, falls within the Ealing local authority area, and is managed by a housing provider, Greymount Properties Limited. The property is situated on a main street, with parking at the front.
The specialist support we provide enables the people who live at Acorn House to live happy and fulfilling lives, in their own homes, within their communities.

About our service
Our facilities and environment
Acorn House is a semi-detached property, with two floors. There are four self-contained flats which all have their own bathrooms. The home is not suitable for those with mobility needs, as there is no wheelchair access.
Communal areas include:
- Lounge
- Dining room
- Activity room
- Garden
Our flats
All of our flats are comfortable, welcoming and can be personalised to individual tastes. Our flats are self-contained and have their own bathroom facilities.

Our approach to support
Everybody who lives at Acorn House has their own person-centred support plan, which is co-produced with input from the individual, their family members and professionals.
We aim to enable each tenant to make their own choices about the support they receive. This may include support in a number of areas, such as maintaining a tenancy, personal care, and support with household tasks such as budgeting, shopping, and domestic tasks.
Our support approaches at Acorn House include specialist support for people with mental health needs and autism. In addition, our team receive specialist staff training, bespoke to the needs of each individual we support. This includes:
- Mental health training
- Epilepsy awareness training
- Autism training
Activities
Everyone who lives at Acorn House is supported to pursue their own interests and hobbies, both in and outside the home, and are encouraged to take part in activities which are meaningful and fulfilling to them.
We focus on supporting tenants to grow their independence. For some people, this may mean developing their daily living skills within their home. For others, this could be accessing work or educational opportunities in the local community.
We also support our tenants to access:
- Local social clubs
- Volunteering opportunities
- Hobbies and interests such as the cinema, gym, swimming or bowling
- Activities and events in the surrounding areas
