Campion Close is a supported living service, offering support for four adults, including autistic people, individuals with a learning disability, and those with mental health needs.
Campion Close is located in Denham. Our home is part of Priory Supported Living London & Home Counties, and falls within the Buckinghamshire and Hillingdon local authority area. The property is managed by Greymount Properties Limited, a housing provider. We are situated just off a main road, within walking distance of the town centre and many local amenities.
Our specialist team support our tenants to live happy, independent, and fulfilling lives in their own homes and as part of their local communities.

About our service
Our facilities and environment
Campion Close is a detached house with four bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms are on the first floor, and the tenants share a wet room. The other two bedrooms are on the ground floor, and they have their own en-suite facilities.
All of our tenants share the communal lounge and kitchen. There is also a small room attached to the house which is used as an office and as a sleep-in room for staff.
Communal areas include:
- Lounge
- Dining room
- Bathroom
- Courtyard at the rear
We also have assistive technology within the home, such as fall sensor mats. We currently have no wheelchair access, although the stairs leading to the first floor have railings installed.

Our approach to support
Everybody who lives at Campion Close has their own person-centred support plan, which is co-produced with input from the individual, their family members and professionals.
We aim to enable each tenant to make their own choices about the support they receive. This may include support in a number of areas, such as maintaining a tenancy, personal care, and support with household tasks such as budgeting, shopping and domestic tasks.
Our support approaches at Campion Close includes specialist, individualised support for tenants. In addition, our team receive specialist staff training, bespoke to the needs of each individual we support. This includes:
- Epilepsy awareness training
- Mental health training
- Autism training
Activities
Everyone who lives at Campion Close is supported to pursue their own interests and hobbies, both within and outside of the home, and are encouraged to take part in activities which are meaningful and fulfilling to them.
We focus on supporting tenants to grow their independence. For some people, this may mean developing their daily living skills within their home. For others, this could be accessing work or educational opportunities in the local community.
We also support our tenants to access:
- Local social clubs
- Volunteering opportunities
- Hobbies and interests such as the cinema, gym, swimming, or bowling
- Activities and events in the surrounding areas

Our tenants are encouraged to be as independent as possible. We support them to try new things and step out of their comfort zone. We are committed to ensuring they are included in the continuous improvement of the care they receive, in order to achieve their outcomes.
