About this location
Frays House is a supported living service, providing specialist support for four adults who are autistic, or have a learning disability, physical health needs, and other associated needs.
We are located in a suburban area of Greater London, in West Drayton. The property, which forms part of Priory Supported Living London & Home Counties, falls within the London Borough of Hillingdon local authority area, and is managed by housing provider Inclusion Housing. Frays House is situated just off a main road, on the outskirts of town.
At Frays House, we are committed to reflecting the guidance of The Reach Standards in everything we do. This means we work with our tenants to ensure they receive the right support to help them achieve their goals and reach their full potential.
We can also support people who have:

- Tourette’s syndrome
- Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD)
- Obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD)
- Hearing loss
- Behaviours that may challenge
- Physical disabilities

About our service
Our facilities and environment
Frays House is set within a detached house, which provides a homely environment. Tenants share facilities, and this includes communal areas. These include:
- Lounge
- Kitchen
- Dining room
- Communal bathroom
- Garden
Our bedrooms
All of our bedrooms are comfortable, welcoming and can be personalised to individual tastes.
Parking
There are parking space on-site for three cars, as well as available on-road parking at the front of the house.
Our approach to support
Everybody who lives at Frays House has their own person-centred support plan, which is co-produced with input from the individual, their family members and professionals.
We aim to enable each tenant to make their own choices about the support they receive. This may include support in a number of areas, such as maintaining a tenancy, personal care, and support with household tasks such as budgeting, shopping, and domestic tasks.
We offer specialist support for people with epilepsy and a learning disability. In addition, our team receive specialist staff training, bespoke to the needs of each individual we support. This includes:
- Epilepsy awareness training
- Makaton training
- Autism awareness training
- PROACT-SCIPr-UK® training
Activities
Everyone who lives at Frays House is supported to pursue their own interests and hobbies, both in and outside the home, and are encouraged to take part in activities which are meaningful and fulfilling to them.
We focus on supporting tenants to grow their independence. For some people, this may mean developing their daily living skills within their home. For others, this could be accessing work or educational opportunities in the local community.
We also support our tenants to access:
- Local social clubs such as Dash club
- Volunteering opportunities
- Hobbies and interests such as the cinema, gym, swimming, or sensory centres
- Activities and events in the surrounding areas
Pathways
Through our network of healthcare, residential and supported living facilities, we provide unique care pathways which enable the people we support to progress towards greater independence. Every individual we support is provided with a bespoke pathway plan, tailored according to their individual needs. We aim to ensure that each person is supported to live a fulfilling and active life in the community.
