About this location
The Acorns is a supported living service, which provides 24-hour support to seven adults who have a profound and multiple learning disability (PMLD), including those with physical disabilities.
The service is located in Newport, in Wales. The property, which forms part of Priory Supported Living South Wales, falls within the Newport City Council local authority area and is managed by Inclusion Housing, a housing provider. We are situated on a housing estate down a private drive, off the main road and within a few minutes’ walk to the local shops and town centre.
Our tenants are supported by our specialist team to have a good quality of life, to make choices about the activities they enjoy, and live as independently as possible. At The Acorns, we are committed to reflecting the guidance of The Reach Standards in everything we do. This means we work with our tenants to ensure they receive the right support to help them achieve their goals and reach their full potential.
