About this location
Western Avenue is a supported living service, offering 24-hour support to four people with a learning disability and those with mental health needs.
Western Avenue is located in Newport, in Wales. We form part of Priory Supported Living South Wales, within the Newport Wales local authority area and are managed by Chrysalis, the housing provider. We are situated just off a main road, not far from the M4.
Our specialist support enables people to live independently and make their own choices on every aspect of their lives, with support from our staff team. At Western Avenue, we are committed to reflecting the guidance of The Reach Standards in everything we do. This means we work with our tenants to ensure they receive the right support to help them achieve their goals and reach their full potential.
