Acute and PICU referrals

We are ready to take emergency placements from the NHS 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for adult acute mental health and psychiatric intensive care unit (PICU) services.

All patient details that are provided will be processed in the strictest confidence.

Please find our referral form below:

• Acute and PICU services referral form

In addition to the completed form, please provide the following information:

• Up to date/current risk assessment
• Mental Health Act (MHA) paperwork
• 7+ days of nursing notes
• Copy of current medication chart
• Any available multidisciplinary reports/care plans
