Wellbeing
Many people are familiar with the term Mindfulness. This section is a series of mindfulness based skills. These skills aid us to be present in the activity at hand, rather than worrying about the past, future or the environment surrounding us. They are particularly useful in aiding anxiety, when feeling overwhelmed or for those of us that just need to focus within an exam or project. Supporting handouts can be downloaded and printed, each accessible through the links presented in each section.
These activities can be delivered in quite a short time, so you may want to consider adding them to one of the longer activities in the other sections.
