Hampton Close is a supported living service, offering support for four people who have a learning disability.
We are situated in a quiet residential area in St John’s, a small suburb of Worcester. Forming part of Priory Supported Living The Shires, Hampton Close falls within the Worcester County Council local authority area, and is managed by the housing provider, Trinity Housing Association.
At Hampton Close we are committed to reflecting the guidance of The Reach Standards in everything we do. This means we work with our tenants to ensure they receive the right support to help them achieve their goals and reach their full potential.

About our service
Our facilities and environment
Hampton Close is a detached, modern house. We have four bedrooms, three of which are on the ground floor, as well as a communal bathroom.

- Garage
- Garden
Our bedrooms
All of our bedrooms are comfortable, welcoming and can be decorated according to our tenants’ choices and tastes.

Our approach to support
Everyone who lives at Hampton Close has their own person-centred support plan, which is co-produced with input from the individual, their family members, and professionals.
We aim to enable each tenant to make their own choices about the support they receive. This may include support in a number of areas, such as maintaining a tenancy, personal care, and support with household tasks such as cleaning, laundry and food preparation. budgeting, shopping and domestic tasks.
Activities
Everyone who lives at Hampton Close is supported to pursue their own interests and hobbies, both in and outside the home, and are encouraged to take part in activities which are meaningful and fulfilling to them.
We focus on supporting tenants to grow their independence. For some people, this may mean developing their daily living skills within their home. For others, this could be accessing work or educational opportunities in the local community.
We support our tenants to take part in local activities, including:
- Local clubs
- Social nights
- Going to the sports centre
- Going to a variety of day centres
Pathways
Through our network of healthcare, residential and supported living facilities, we provide unique care pathways which enable the people we support to progress towards greater independence. Every individual we support is provided with a bespoke pathway plan, tailored according to their individual needs. We aim to ensure that each person is supported to live a fulfilling and active life in the community.
