About
Christie Goodall is a fully accredited therapist who has been practising as a counsellor since 2019. During this period, she has worked for a number of public, private and voluntary organisations. She is an integrative counsellor who uses a variety of techniques including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), hypnosis, humanistic therapy and psychodynamic counselling. She has successfully treated clients with different issues, such as anxiety, depression, procrastination, perfectionism, eating disorders, panic attacks, trauma, relationship problems, phobias, and academic and lifestyle issues. Her warm, empathetic and positive approach, combined with targeted integrative CBT, has had successful and fast results.
Christie is a sessional integrative therapist and has been working for Priory since February 2022. She is a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and accredited member of the National Counselling Society (NCS) and the National Hypnotherapy Society.
Training
Christie has a first-class honours degree from Goldsmiths College, and two Masters degrees from LSE and UCL. She has also been a lecturer, academic writing expert, personal tutor and mentor at the University of London for 20 years.
